The 2025 Ruyton XI Towns Village Hall Show will take place on Saturday 6 September
Entrance to the Show is £1 per adult payable on the door; children free.
Licensed bar, cake stalls, BBQ, raffle, quiz, games
The Programme, Rules for Show entries, the WI VE Day Ginger Cake recipe, and guidance on providing food at a community event can be downloaded below
To enter the competitions in the show you must complete an Application Form.
Note: Children may enter any Section, but ONLY children under age 14 may enter Section 8, Junior.
So, please use separate Application Forms for adults and children
You may do this in one of three ways:

Pick up Application Forms from Cafe Eleven (use separate forms for adults and children)

You should submit your Application Form(s) via the links above, (by far the easiest!)

take to Cafe Eleven in person,
NOTE: The cafe will be shut on Friday5 September, but there will be a box placed outside into which you may place your applications

to arrive by 16:00 ON FRIDAY 5 SEPTEMBER
Exhibitors should deliver their entries to the Hall between 9:30 and 11:30 on Saturday 6 September
NO ENTRIES WILL BE PERMITTED AFTER 11:30
Doors will open to the viewing public at 14:30

Terms and Conditions: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
