The 2026 Ruyton XI Towns Village Hall Show will take place on Saturday 12 September
Entrance to the Show is £1 per adult payable on the door; children free.

To enter the competitions in the Show you must complete an Application Form.
You may do this in one of three ways:
Complete the Application Form online - HERE
(by far the easiest!)
PLEASE USE A SEPARATE APPLICATION FORM FOR EACH EXHIBITOR
OR
Download and print the Application Form:
(one for each exhibitor)
OR
Pick up Programmes and Application Forms from Cafe Eleven
(one for each exhibitor)

To submit your Application Form(s):
submit your online Application Form(s) via the form itself, (by far the easiest!)
OR
take completed paper Forms to Cafe Eleven in person,
OR
scan/photograph completed paper Application Forms and send by email to bookings@rxitvillagehall.co.uk
ALL APPLICATIONS FORMS SHOULD ARRIVE BY/ WILL BE COLLECTED AT 16:00 ON FRIDAY 11 SEPTEMBER
Exhibitors should deliver their exhibits to the Hall between 9:30 and 11:30 on Saturday 12 September
NO ENTRIES WILL BE PERMITTED AFTER 11:30
Doors will open to the viewing public at 14:30

Terms and Conditions: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
